Article 1 - Purpose

These rules govern participation in the promotion organised by Mister Casino. This competition rewards members according to their ranking over the defined period.

Article 2 - Wager requirements on winnings

Any winnings obtained under this promotion are subject to a x5 wager requirement before any withdrawal. Winnings must be fully replayed five (5) times before a withdrawal request can be made. No withdrawal is possible until this requirement is met.

Games eligible for the x5 wager requirement, and their contribution rates, are those defined in Diamond Caz's terms of use.

Article 3 - Ranking and rewards (Top 10)

The ranking is based on the total amount deposited by each participant during the promotion period. The top ten (10) participants will be rewarded, provided they have reached a cumulative deposit of at least €100.

Any participant ranked in the top 10 who has not reached this threshold will automatically be removed from the winners ranking, with the place reassigned to the next participant who meets the condition.

The €100 minimum deposit is verified automatically via the partner casino's API.

In the event of a perfect tie between two participants for the same place, the tie is broken in favour of the participant with the highest overall deposit history on Diamond Caz, verified via the API.

Article 4 - Conditions of participation

Participation is reserved for adults (18 years or older).
Only one account per person, household, IP address or payment method is allowed. Any multi-account detection results in immediate disqualification.
Members must have an active and verified account to receive their winnings.
Participation implies full acceptance of these rules.

Article 5 - Exclusions and anti-fraud

The following are excluded from the ranking or disqualified:

Duplicate accounts.
Deposits followed by a refund, chargeback or cancellation.
Any manipulation, collusion between participants, or use of bots/scripts.

Mister Casino reserves the right to exclude any participant in case of suspicious behaviour, without obligation to provide detailed justification, subject to informing the member concerned.

Article 6 - Payment of winnings

Winnings are paid directly via the partner casino concerned, as soon as possible after the official close of the ranking and validation of the deposit conditions (Article 3) and wager conditions (Article 2). Any payment dispute must be reported via support within 7 days of the close.

Article 7 - Organiser's reserves

Mister Casino reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion in case of force majeure, technical malfunction or proven fraud, and to amend these rules at any time, with participants informed via official channels.

Article 8 - Responsible gambling

Mister Casino encourages responsible gambling. Participants facing gambling-related difficulties are invited to consult the addiction prevention guide or contact support.
