Founding principle
A grid point can exist only if its matching badge was checked under the verification procedure, with an archived verification date. If a badge cannot be verified on the casino's official site and the relevant regulator register, the criterion stays at 0: never an estimated or « probable » value. No bonus, malus or adjustment outside the listed criteria.

Measurable criteria use 0.1 pt increments minimum; licences are binary. The final score may show any justified decimal (e.g. 6.5, 7.2, 8.1): never a cosmetic round.
Part 3 - Badge and licence verification procedure
No invention, no guessing, no approximation is tolerated.
- Each badge, tag or licence is verified individually, casino by casino, on the official site (home, About, T&Cs, footer, licence page).
- For licences: mandatory cross-check with the official regulator register (e.g. mga.org.mt, gamblingcommission.gov.uk, cga.cw). The casino site alone is not enough.
- If nearly identical domains exist, the exact evaluated domain must be documented before any verification.
- No inference by analogy with another casino, a « similar » category, or general industry knowledge.
- No reuse from third-party sites (comparators, forums, blogs) without cross-confirmation on the official site and, for licences, the register.
- If in doubt, missing, conflicting, expired or unverifiable info: do not check, do not award points. Missing info always wins.
- A marketing line (« licensed and regulated ») without number or precise jurisdiction is never enough.
- Each badge verification date must be kept internally for later control and updates.
Special cases
Curaçao licence (CGA): check only if the number appears explicitly on the official site AND is verifiable in the Curaçao Gaming Authority register (cga.cw).
Costa Rica licence: Costa Rica does not issue a regulated gaming licence; it is a commercial registration. Never present it as equivalent to a gaming licence; show it visually distinct.
